Work includes upstream improvements from Bainbridge Boulevard toward A Street, marchwood drainage which includes approximately 1,250 feet of ditch and channel widening, to include pipe crossing D Street and B Street. Improvements include replacement and re-sizing of storm pipe and installation of additional storm pipe under the railroad tracks. Drainage density can affect the shape of a river’s hydrograph during a rain storm.
